Happy February everyone!
Today I was fortunate enough to catch up with my very talented friend Bernard Marcelo and his sister Isabel. The family duo are Perth's famously talented production team who are known best for their photography work, videography, editing geniuses and are world-wide travellers! And, I get to call these two my good friends.
Bernard and I actually go way back - we first met in 2010 when we toured China together for Soccer to represent Australia! Under the category of A.C.C - All Catholic Colleges. We became good friends since then, and we even got to attend Uni Games together representing Edith Cowan University playing a Futsal tournament. Now, we both are entering adult hood, me doing Broadcast Journalism and Bernard doing Photography, we have many similar interests! And social media is ONE!
So today us three caught up for a yummy lunch at Veggie Mama in Mt Lawley on Beaufort Street, then managed to explore Hyde Park in Northbridge. We finished off the lovely lunch at Chu's Bakery were Bernard brought their signature desert.
I had the opportunity to interview Bernard face - to - face - him expressing his passion for the photography industry, for travelling the world, connecting with people through social media and what his "Brand" really means to him!
